Kitchen and yard deck in disrepair. Broken cabinet doors and drawers with evidence of merely being super glued and came off again. Faulty electrical in master bedroom. Landlord cannot send less than 3-4 repeat communications for monthly rent. Landlord and owner refused and failed to make any fixes even with children on the lease. All disrepair remains. House is large but old and needs updating. Rent is a robbery for the condition of the house.

Horrible experience. Started off normal-ish but he uses outdated methods for everything and gets angry if you try to communicate in writing. Clearly trying to hide his tracks. Our water heater broke and leaked everywhere. Saeed insisted that “mold doesn’t grow in colorado” and told me that he just replaced the carpet because he’s such a good person. He made every single interaction completely miserable. Do not rent with him.
