This landlady will keep your security deposit in a subversive manner due to the way she configures each yearly lease. She will claim you forfeited your initial security due to each new annual lease you sign being a separate agreement leaving the original security to have expired. It's super shady. Also the place is disgustingly rodent infested and is falling apart with no insulation. BEWARE!
