I rented an apartment in this building (Yacov Stolpner Trust) and repeatedly reported serious nighttime noise from upstairs tenants. I provided extensive documentation, including over 300 videos, and informed the landlord about the ongoing disturbances and a conflict with the upstairs neighbor. Despite multiple complaints, no effective action was taken and the situation did not improve. The landlord’s response created the impression that tenant concerns and rules were not handled equally.
