Rented for a year and the amount of scorpions that were able to enter the house was outrageous! When we brought it up, they weren’t the least bit concerned. When we moved out, they kept a majority of our deposit claiming we didn’t clean up correctly or leave it how it was when we moved in. When we moved in, the floors were horrendous and most parts of the house were full of dust. One of the complaints was that we did not clean the top of the fridge…Absolutely would not recommend renting here
