My experience at Seacrest Apartments has been extremely frustrating. I have dealt with repeated hot water outages, plumbing and maintenance issues, leaks, peeling paint, damaged areas, and recurring problems that required multiple complaints. Communication and timely resolution have also been concerns. After living here for several years, I expected better. Unfortunately, the ongoing issues have negatively impacted my experience as a tenant.
