Landlord reviews in Pennsylvania

This woman is a vile, heartless person. She raised the rent out of nowhere and said said she would never evict because of small children. She barged into property being rented without asking permission or giving any warning and starting yelling and causing a scene. She’s evicting, even though there are small children. She is a disrespectful, heartless woman. She seems to enjoy manipulating people and then throwing them out on the street. Her husband just stands by and does nothing. STAY AWAY.

This Landlord is one of the worst I ever had. He could care less about your well being. Doesn't like to spend money so gives you the worst replacements that may last a month if that. Please never rent from him.

Had a great 3 years here. Only reason we left was that we saved money up to buy a home. There were no pet fees even though we had a beautiful pitbull mix, which the landlords loved. Rent was fairly priced. We had the AC break during our stay and the unit was replaced by a local HVAC company in a couple days. Really top notch landlords
