DON'T LIVE HERE. Our previous landlord (who wasn't that great but not terrible) sold this complex to a greedy management company. What was the first thing they did? Increase our rent by almost 10%. You can only really communicate through them via text but unsurprisingly most of my complaints have gone ignored. They only ever text me back when I push back or give them attitude.
