I rented this unit 10 months, paid on time, cared for it, and received my full deposit back. The unit was in very good condition; my concerns were maintenance and communication. I was repeatedly asked to troubleshoot issues, including a malfunctioning freezer, before service was arranged. I received proper non-renewal notice, but my earlier move was confusingly called “breaking the lease.” The next tenant told me the landlord said I had moved back to Italy. That was untrue—I remained local.
