⚠️ Warning to Arcadia renters,In my experience, this landlord was very sneaky about the lease renewal and deposit deductions. He sent the renewal extremely late despite us being fixed-term tenants, then charged disputed rent related to the move-out timing. He also charged for conditions I believe were normal wear and tear. Document EVERYTHING, keep all communications, and take detailed photos. Protect yourself.
