This landlord looked in my windows and had the neighbors in front and back reporting back to her if I left the windows open. A clear violation of Texas law. There is no privacy. There is a furnished in-law unit that they use in the back, and are frequent visitors, despite promises to the contrary. They want to come in once a month, at least, to change the air filter; but will still be there 40 minutes later waiting to chastise you for a blinking battery. I have so much more. AVOID
