Lived in 3R. Floor is slanted at a 12 degree angle so you will need to level all your tables and things. The mice problem is mostly on the second floor but we did get guests up on the 3rd floor sometimes. The only thing “maintained” is the balcony which is used to sucker you into this place. The neighborhood is amazing, Richard sucks but if you can avoid him and do your own maintenance it’s not a bad place.
