Terrible. Grass in the summer was flooded constantly. Maintenance came out 3 times to "fix" a drawer and it still never got fixed. Management was rude when I was trying to find a package that was left with them and they tried to give week long inspection windows with Instructions to lock up pets. Rent went up 300$ and we moved out when they tried to do it again. Run away!
