We actually didn’t end up going with this one. He claimed that my credit score (680 at the time) required an additional deposit even though I made more than enough to cover everything on my own and the minimum credit score was 660. 7k just to move in with no appliances included. He was also pushing to have us start the lease on the 21st of the month prior to moving in. I don’t know what motivated this unethical treatment. I just don’t want others to waste as much time as we did.
