Slumlords. Knowingly rents out homes with infestations (ants & rats). They enter without notifying you. They water the entire property while you aren’t home (& you’re paying the water bill) - the most awful landlords I’ve ever had in my history of renting. Do NOT live in one of their homes. They will be taking full advantage of you paying the bills, they don’t maintain their pest control and they are extremely rude.
